This website is operated by EEK Enterprises, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as WeeksTime ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms.
- We use it to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
- This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or the pilot program form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, the service you're interested in, your message, and any other answers you choose to give. We store these submissions in our database and receive a copy by email so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. To protect our forms from spam, we store a one-way scrambled version (a hash) of the IP address used to submit a form, not the address itself.
If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service that counts visits without identifying you or following you across other websites.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as a session cookie and a security token that protects our forms from forged submissions. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and discuss the services you asked about.
- To provide and manage services you sign up for, including pilot programs.
- To protect this website against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our hosting and email providers, and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires otherwise.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously. It's a large part of what we do.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing connect@weekstime.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by the law that applies to you.
Children
This website is intended for organizations and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
